The standard Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee is around $250 per truck, but can range from $150–$300. The final fee is determined by the level of inconvenience caused by the cancellation and can vary depending on the circumstances.
For example, refrigerated shipments or special equipment containers may cost closer to $300, while specialized trucks and trailers for overweight or over-dimensional shipments can cost at least $500. TONU fees are usually charged after a cancellation or within the original pickup timeframe.
