Free Shipping

Express offers FREE SHIPPING with liftgate service on most products store-wide. This includes complete systems and major HVAC equipment. Parts and accessories may have additional shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Your order with can be tracked online 24/7 by logging into your account. Click the "My Account" link at the top or bottom of any page to login and view your orders and their current status.

Once the item is shipped, you can track the progress of the shipment using the freight provider's website. Please refer to your Shipping Notification e-mail to find your provider's website.


Returns Policy

No items will be accepted for return without prior written authorization. Returned products may be subject to a restocking charge. Special order and non-stock items cannot be returned.

Parts and acessories are not part of this returns policy and cannot be returned.


Shipping Policy

All shipments shall be delivered by standard shipping by a selected Freight Company to the contiguous United States only unless authorized by EXO in writing. Shipment dates quoted are approximate. EXO does not guarantee a particular date for shipment or delivery unless shipment expedition was specifically requested by customer for an additional charge. Shipments are fully insured by EXO and EXO will handle and file any shipping insurance claims.

Most items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days but special instances may delay the shipment date.

Carefully inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Note any damages or suspect damages on the receipt. Customer is liable for damage or shortages not noted at time of delivery. If you receive a severely damaged item, refuse delivery for that item and notify EXO.


Cancellation & Termination

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be refunded the purchase price less a 15% processing/restocking fee.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges from and back to the warehouse plus a 25% restocking fee.


Order Changes

Your order is considered "processed" as soon as your order confirmation is sent. This means any orders that are changed before it is shipped are liable for a change order fee of 15% (Maximum) after order is received for processing.

If you change your order AFTER it has been shipped, it will be considered a cancellation of that order and you will be responsible for shipping charges from and back to the warehouse plus a 30% restocking fee.


Liability is not liable for damages resulting from the installation or operation of equipment. This equipment IS NOT intended to be installed by anyone without the proper certifications. EXO recommends that the installed equipment or system be initially inspected and started by a licensed HVAC contractor.

The Customer is wholly responsible for hiring an EPA-licensed person for the removal and proper disposal of waste oil, refrigerant and any other material generated from the removal and installation of HVAC equipment.
